Inspiring Tomorrow's Workspaces

Eleganz Interiors proudly partnered with Siemens, a global pioneer in energy-efficient technologies, overseeing their general contracting across a sprawling 1 lakh sq ft. Our mission: redefine norms with abstract architectural themes. We introduced captivating elements – from innovative oval cabins to circular/oval ceilings and cutting-edge materials, fostering a visionary workspace. Our open-plan layout, adorned with height-adjustable tables and unique circular AC units, embodies collaboration and flexibility. The seamless fusion of technology, sustainable practices, and a holistic approach mirrors our unwavering commitment to excellence. In close collaboration with Siemens, we conquered intricate challenges, delivering in just three months, epitomising Eleganz's dedication to innovation and functionality.

WPP

The Future of the Workplace

Eleganz Interiors recently delivered WPP's 3.74 Lakh sq ft Mumbai office across eight floors. This project integrated high-end technology, bringing together 16 Operating Companies, each having its own branding guidelines, hence having different design themes merging into one another. We focused on sustainability and corporate responsibility, executing everything from HVAC electrical systems to fire alarms, BMS, CCTV, and access control. We also enhanced the space with our custom-made factory furniture, innovative acoustic panels, and open terrace designs. Our team executed this extensive transformation in just six months, showcasing our dedication to innovative and functional design excellence.

Hexaware

A Creative Nexus

Hexaware's transformed corporate office, led by Eleganz Interiors, epitomizes dynamic innovation. With a three-decade legacy in digital solutions, Hexaware, a global IT services and consulting firm, unveils its innovative saga in a 2 lakh sq ft corporate haven across four floors in IT Park, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. Our scope of work included Design & Build, and our mission encompassed crafting a collaborative workspace, embracing the biophilic design principle to infuse nature and vibrant elements indoors. Through careful material selection and thoughtful layout design, we achieved a seamlessly energized and creative workspace accommodating 2,600 seats in just 100 days.

HDFC Chairman's office (HUL)

The Executive Elegance

In crafting the HDFC Chairman's Office, Eleganz Interiors has curated a sanctuary of executive elegance within the heart of Churchgate, spanning an impressive 50,000 sq ft. Executed in a swift three-month timeline, this project showcases our expertise in Civil and Interior works. Our endeavour at the HDFC Chairman's Office aligned with the tenure of the esteemed HDFC Ltd Chairman, Mr. Deepak Parekh. During this pivotal period, we dedicated ourselves to crafting an office that radiates sophistication through high-end finishes. The space boasts a distinguished boardroom, an executive dining area, inviting lounges, luxurious guest rooms, and landscaped terraces adorned with tranquil water bodies. Each detail was meticulously executed in collaboration with renowned architect Hafeez Contractor, resulting in a harmonious fusion of architectural finesse and functional design.

Amazon Development Center

The Tech Marvel

Eleganz Interiors spearheaded the transformation of the Amazon Development Center in Hyderabad, a monumental 2 Lakh sq ft space within the SEZ zone. Undertaking both Civil and Interior work, we navigated challenges such as sourcing specialized materials like Saint Gobain High-density boards and acoustic panels imported from Australia. Our proactive planning on material delivery, coupled with extensive factory support for all built-in furniture, enabled the project's completion within a commendable four months. In the subsequent 60k sq ft expansion, valued at 4cr, we introduced a unique shipping container-themed meeting room. Employing value engineering, we surpassed expectations by delivering pine wood panels with a premium PU polish at no additional cost, cutting-edge partitions, demountable partitions, doors, storages, exploded slabs and acoustic solutions, exemplifying our commitment to quality, innovation, and timely execution.

IGCC

Transforming Workspace Synergy

In collaboration with the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, Eleganz Interiors transformed a space in Mumbai's Cuffe Parade. Our minimalist approach seamlessly blended functionality and elegance, fostering creativity and productivity. Inspired by the chamber's mission, our design reflected professionalism and innovation. Using a neutral palette and biophilic design principles, we created an open floor plan conducive to well-being and creativity. Completion within 75 days showcased our efficiency and excellence.
